Required system configuration is studied according to shooting requirements like frame rate, resolution, 2D / 3D, obects distance, camera movement… On complex scenes, pre-shooting might be required to check viability and experience scene result/sensation in VR.
Our multi-head RAW system configuration is modified to adapt it to shooting needs.
KATACLACK provides VR equipment rental with all needed memory cards, as well as a VR camera operator and DIT operator if required.
Camera recorded material is stored in uncompressed RAW format. For companies that wish to do image stitching by themselves, RAW images are converted to the desired video format (ProRes, MP4…).
Our propietary image stitching software allows us to offer a full workflow in uncompressed RAW for the highest image quality. Stitched images are provided in the desired video format to perform editing and color grading.
